Has Israel , supported by much of the US Congress forced Obama into a humiliating retreat?

If it wasn't for our meddling, Isreal would have this all wrapped up. When are people going to understand that Isreal will not listen to, nor care, what other countries tell them? They are on their Promised Land, given to them by God. They have suffered countless atrocities throughout history and yet, they stand proud and true to themselves. I admire them.
