Help with WIC guidelines?

I am thinking of applying. But am unsure if you go by their guidelines by how many people are in you household now or do I also include my pregnancy? Their are four of us now and our baby is due in October. Their chart is not real clear on that and I didn't want to be on hold for a long time if I call. Also if we don't qualify because both me and hubby are working how long do I have to wait before I reapply if i am not returning to my job?
