What could my dream mean. In my dream I knew that I was going to die....?

I was just waiting for my heart to stop and I kept thinking that my chest was feeling strange and that I was going to die any moment, I just kept waiting. I also knew that I was going to be reincarnated. I was worrying that I would have to be patient because I knew that when I was reborn, I'd be a baby and I would have to wait a while to know what was going on. I also worried about how my cat was going to be when I died. All of my friends and family knew that I was going to die also and they were not surprised. It was kind of like everyone just accepted the fact that it was my time to go.
