How do you get a bird out the building?

I want to get the poor cute adorable sparrow out the building without harming him because he always chirps in confusion. The school janitors and the people that work there don't know how they're going to get him and he is a very cute little sparrow that just can't find his way out the building even though the others come in, they always leave out, but I guess this was his first time flying inside a building. Please I need and answer to help get that sparrow out.
