Want to lose weight pleeee in a short time at home ?

WELL i went to fat camp..but u said u wanted to lose wait at home, i gave up fast food all together sence iv been home and i dont drink soft drinks not even diet, and i excersise on a regular day bases. iv lost 15 pounds. thats how i did it, and now i HOTT :)

I switched my puppy from Purina Puppy chow to Blue Buffalo puppy chow, will he be alright?

I switched from Purina Puppy to Blue Buffalo Puppy and was wondering if it'll make my puppy sick? He just ate his dinner and had a regular bowel movement after, but was it alright for me to just stop Purina and start Blue Buffalo? He is fed the recommended amount of both packages and he's a Malamute puppy.

Help with WIC guidelines?

I am thinking of applying. But am unsure if you go by their guidelines by how many people are in you household now or do I also include my pregnancy? Their are four of us now and our baby is due in October. Their chart is not real clear on that and I didn't want to be on hold for a long time if I call. Also if we don't qualify because both me and hubby are working how long do I have to wait before I reapply if i am not returning to my job?
