Need quick advice on how to fix my sleeping pattern?

I stayed up all night, that means that as I'm typing this, I haven't gotten any sleep at all since the previous night. I think I been up for more than 12 hours surviving on coffee. I'm a college student so I have lots of studying. I want to sleep tonight by midnight and actually fall asleep and not just lie down with my eyes open. Please give me some advice. No matter what I need to take a little nap right now. I just can't stay up until night time which is still about 8 hours to go at least. Basically, I pulled an all nighter. Please help, thanks!
