I am enrolled in a photography 1 cl and I need a 35 millimeter film camera. What type would you reccomend?

Canon Rebel K2 it is a 35 mm SLR (single lens reflex) camera. You can adjust the aperture and shutter speed manually or let the camera do it for you. You interchange lenses. Great beginners camera! And it is affordable, under $200.00
