Would You tell Your 6yr old Grand-Child their parent is in Prison?or would you lie?

I'd tell the truth but as little as possible - like they are living elsewhere because they did something against the law and are trying to learn to do things right. It's a modified truth. I wouldn't want the 6year old to worry, but I disagree with lying to kids. and no, I wouldnt have them visit - that's just for the parent, only can hurt the child.
