Bed rest and chronic back pain Most UrGent Plz?

plz peeple i mean asking from the forum to simply to SAY WHETHER BED REST HELP since the pain in my back is so SO intense, i live in a small town in india, and there are no good facilties here...d.the painkiller dr prescribe did not relieve me any ,exercise and physiotherapy even worsen my back plz tell so basic home remedies....while in the hospital i walk too much,thats why my back worsen double before i came ,so i was discharge as dr did not know what to do ...there are no yoya adv med facitilites here PLZ HELP ME I AM PANICING, mr douglas us plz give me ur email addy so that i em
