Hey well it looks like you have a really good foundation to build off of. You don't look like you're in bad shape already. If you're looking to tone, just do lighter weight, weigh you can rep 10-15 times. and do more sets. There are a lot of good healthy foods you can eat as well. Try to eat 1,200-1,500 calories a day. Healthy ones. Running is a great way to tone up!
