For those soldiers in Afghanistan or Iraq, what are the most needed items for Christmas we could send?

Another question, If many items and cards are sent to one soldiers address, are generally those one soldiers will share equally with all the other fellow soldiers? I am asking because of security reasons I cannot find a Unit address. Also about how many items and cards should one soldier receive that would allow the others to have something for Christmas? I would rather send a bit too much than too little. All things that are being donated by the community will have to be divided up and mailed to individual soldiers to share. I would appreciate any input you would have on this. Thanks. My main goal is to get communities involved and make sure our troops know we support them and for them to have something they need or want for Christmas.
