Help, i need advice on my hair.?

Ok I've been dyeing my hair for a while and it;s naturly thin. and i had recently dyed it black from a brown reddish colour and i've noticed more hair falling out than normal. and it;s freaking me out. i also want it to fade. i heard to use dawn soap but i'm scared taht it will make mor ehair fall out. D:
