Is soemthing up with my head?

i went into the hospital a month ago to have my back, which had a really bad mustle twist, surgically healed. I was laying on the gurney and rolled into the surgery room, and i got the anesthetic and it seemed it was all ok. i fell asleep. I slowly faded back in, and i thought "oh i must be done." but then i felt a agonizing pain in my back which i couldnt see the cause of because i was laying on my stomach like something was cutting it open. i tried to scream but i couldnt even move. then i felt twisting,tugging and pulling and al the wile the pain kept getting worse, and then i totally blacked out with a huge flash of burning pain and i thought my chest would explode. I woke up at home laying in bed with my family around me. They didint know what had happened, they say the docs rolled me out and said i was done but they thought they heard a disturbance. Was it all a dream or a hallucination??plz tell.
