My Left Eye's Eyelash Don't go up like my Right... Anyway to fix this?

When I open my eyes wide, my right eyelid would sink in and the eyelash would stand up, but my left eye eyelashes just droop down over my eyes. I think I have a weak left eyelid or something (something wrong with the nerves?), because my left eye looks noticeably smaller than my right in pictures. Anyway to fix this?
