What is there to do on a monday night in downtown long beach?

im under 21 and i was googling some type of fondue cafe or open mic night in downtown long beach over by pine ave or the pike because my friend lives right in that area but i cant find anything! everything is on tuesdays or thursdays geez does anybody do anything on monday nights!! if anyone knows of a cool spot let me in :) thank you!! remember for a monday night.
