Why did Serbia and Yugoslavia started a 2nd conflict in the Balkans(aka: Kosovo War)?

This wasn't about Serbs, but Albanians. Most Serbs couldn't even find Kosovo on the map in 1998. They heard about it, but they didn't really want to go there or live there or have anything to do with Kosovo. But, Albanians wanted out of Serbia at all costs, and they also wanted a piece of Serbia to go along with them. Simple. Now all the Serbs pretend like they know about Kosovo and stuff, but they didn't know **** back then, and many still don't know. All they know is to say Kosovo is Serbia. So the answer is, because Albanians forced them to go into conflict.
