What? "Diaz's game charms are semi-squandered on a script that's two-thirds filler"?

Filler is like when they put something in to p the time, to make it last the required 90 minutes or so... it isn't well written or necessary to the story. They were suggesting that 2 thirds of the film was rubbish and Cameron Diaz's talent was wasted.
